Security and trust

Built for the people who have to sign it off

Freightly works inside your operation without ever taking the decision out of human hands. Access is read-only and scoped by your IT, every outbound action is approved by an operator, and every value can be traced back to its source. Here is exactly how that works.

The commitments

Six things that are true on every job

Each one holds for every shipment, every document and every action, not just in the demo.

Read-only access

Freightly connects to your operations inbox read-only. It reads what arrives and never sends, deletes or moves anything on its own.

Scoped and revocable

Access is scoped by your IT to what the desk needs and can be revoked at any time. Secure upload is available as a second path.

Approval on every action

Every outbound action is staged as a proposed change. Nothing leaves the desk until a human operator approves it.

Your data trains nothing for others

Your data is never used to train models for other companies. It stays yours and is used only to run your desk.

Encrypted throughout

Every document and every value is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Traceable to the source

Every value in the job file links back to the email or document it came from, so an operator can always check the origin.

Access and control

Nothing leaves the desk without a person

The agent reads, drafts and tracks. The operator decides. That line does not move, and the access model is built so it cannot.

  • A read-only connection your IT controls

Freightly connects to the operations inbox read-only. Your IT scopes what it can see, and the connection can be narrowed or revoked at any time without involving us.

  • Secure upload as a second path

Where a direct connection is not wanted, documents can be uploaded securely instead. The choice of path stays with you.

  • Proposed changes, never silent ones

Freightly stages its work as proposed changes against the job file. They sit in a review queue and are never acted on until a person looks at them.

  • Approval on every outbound action

No email, declaration or document leaves the desk without a human operator approving it. The agent does the work, the operator makes the call.

  • A clear record of who approved what

Each approved action is attributable to the operator who approved it, so there is always an answer to who released a given document.

Data handling

How your data is held and handled

Your operational data is some of the most sensitive you hold. It is treated that way at every step.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Every document and every extracted value is encrypted while it moves and while it is stored. Nothing sits in the clear at any stage of the workflow.

Never used to train models for others

Your shipments, documents and counterparties are used only to run your desk. They are never used to train models for other companies, and they are not pooled with another forwarder's data.

Traceable to the source

Every value in the job file links back to the email or document it was read from. An operator can open any field and see the original, so an extracted figure can always be checked against its source.

GCC context

Built GCC-first, not adapted to it

Freightly was built for forwarders working GCC trade, so the customs systems your desk lives in are part of the design rather than an afterthought.

We do not claim certifications we do not hold. During a pilot we walk your IT and compliance teams through exactly how access, data handling and approvals work on your own systems, so you can judge it against your own requirements.

United Arab Emirates

Mirsal 2

Workflows are built around the UAE Mirsal 2 customs process, so declarations and the data behind them follow the path your operators already work to.

Saudi Arabia

FASAH

Workflows account for the Saudi FASAH platform, so cross-border jobs into and out of the Kingdom fit the same operating model.
